Tracking is opened from a link in your message — not by typing an order number. The link is the credential, so it stays private to you.

   Check your SMS or WhatsApp from the merchant for the latest tracking link.

   If you can't find it, contact the merchant — they can resend it.

   Links expire 24 hours after delivery is complete.
