Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of the Delivery Platform — including the merchant portal, the customer order-tracking page, and the agent Android application. By creating an account or interacting with the service you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Delivery Platform is a last-mile aggregator operating in Kuwait. We connect merchants placing delivery orders with couriers and agents handling pickup, custody, and dropoff.
2. Accounts
Merchants and couriers receive accounts after admin provisioning. Agents authenticate via phone number + password, with optional device-integrity attestation. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
3. Orders and custody
Orders submitted through the merchant portal or integration channels are subject to dispatch readiness gates: address resolution, country boundary, service area, zone resolution, customer block, vehicle eligibility, and merchant wallet balance. Failed gates produce a rejected order; the merchant is not charged for rejected orders.
Once a courier accepts an order and captures pickup proof, the goods are in courier custody. Failure after pickup triggers the return-to-merchant flow.
4. Cash-on-delivery
For COD orders, the collected cash is held by the assigned agent until deposited through the platform. Deposits are reconciled in the daily courier COD sweep.
5. Pricing and settlement
Delivery fees are computed from rate cards assigned to the merchant at order create time. Merchant wallets fund delivery charges; the wallet must carry sufficient real balance before dispatch begins. Settlements run on the configured cadence and aggregate completed deliveries, reversals, and COD movements.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, fraud, unsafe driving (for agents), or regulatory requirements.
7. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. Our liability for any single delivery is capped at the platform fee charged for that delivery, except where applicable Kuwaiti law requires otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact
